# Правила маркетплейсов для изображений: что изменилось.

Датированные изменения правил для фото товаров на 76 маркетплейсах — каждое с источником. Официальные страницы последний раз перечитывались 13 октября 2026 г.; таблица ниже показывает каждую из них.

## Правила с датой.

Сначала новые. Каждая запись — правило, которое вступает в силу, было объявлено или перестало применяться в известный день, как указано в источнике. Если при следующем прочтении официальной страницы данные отличаются от предыдущих, изменение добавляется сюда.

- **2 августа 2026 г. Закон вступил в силу:** **[EU AI Act — маркировка лежит на поставщике, раскрытие информации о дипфейке — на эксплуатанте](https://herofab.app/ru/guides/ai-product-image-rules-2026)** Статья 50(2) EU AI Act применяется с 2 августа 2026 г. Согласно ей, поставщики ИИ-систем, которые создают синтетический аудио-, графический, видео- или текстовый контент, должны обеспечить, чтобы результаты работы системы были маркированы в машиночитаемом формате и распознавались как искусственно созданные или изменённые. «Прочитано» — день, когда правила руководства были составлены по официальной странице. «Перечитано» — день, когда страницу загрузили снова и все цифры руководства на ней сохранились.
